Ford of Mexico is one of the greatest companies to work at. The salary is competitive and the work environment is great! You always feel supported in your team and any area you move to internally.
There are not many areas of R&D and DTO positions in Ford of Mexico. Some of the cool positions to work are exclusive for Ford USA, hence the growth is more towards management positions, like supervisors and team leaders, but it's missing the fun part of creating new things.
Bring R&D areas to Mexico, and DTO positions to contribute to Ford's growth.

Software Engineer
I only had two interviews. The first was with Human Resources via message, where they told me about the position, salary expectations, and the process. From there, a technical test that unfortunately I could not complete successfully.
Machine Learning Engineer
It was a somewhat tiring interview, it lasted almost 2 hours. It was completely in English with 2 engineers, both seemed to know very well what they were asking me about. They asked me questions about: * ML fundamentals * MLOps, particularly MLFlo
