The interview was not too difficult. It was a phone interview with a panel of 3 of Ford's employees. The questions were almost entirely situational questions intended to be answered using the STAR technique.

I applied, and the next day I was contacted by recruiters to set up an interview, which would take place 4 days later. They never sent me the interview information (whether it would be a phone call or Webex) outside of the time it would take place. U

Behavioral questions and some skills questions. Not too difficult, but it was in front of a panel. Overall, it was not difficult as long as you come prepared and know what’s on your resume.
