Competitive salary. Empowerment by the management. Perfect work-life balance. Huge opportunities to learn cutting-edge technologies. Focused senior management who cares a lot about technology, balanced with proper usage of funds for the same. Very professional environment. Salary increase twice a year. Work-from-home policy. Senior management’s concentrated focus on the mobility space.

Keep up the good work, and please increase employee benefits.
