Good job, but no room to grow
A relaxed company atmosphere gives room to be effective while also providing enough structure to keep on track.
There is no place to advance my career, really. My team has one leader, and that leader is a lifer who will be here at least a decade. The only way to advance seems to be to change teams and move to Dearborn.
