Good work-life balance at Ford. Offers hybrid work, which is not too common for my career. People are diplomatic when conflict arises (rare to see yelling or bad emotions).
They are big into following procedures/standard processes. So, if you don't like procedures/standard processes, then you will struggle at times.

Industrial Engineer
Be prepared for both behavioural and technical questions. An initial screening would be done, which is based on your resume experience and projects. I think it should not be a big problem for one to crack the initial round.

Applied through LinkedIn. Got a call for an interview with the HR representative and the Industrial Engineer manager. General behavioral questions were asked about my previous experience. Interview went alright; did not hear back from them though.
