Growth rate is slow if you are starting as a fresher. It is okay to start here, but if you are aiming for a high pay raise, that might be tricky.

Software Intern
Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
