Good Work-Life Balance, Friendly Environment
I don't see any such cons.
Three rounds of technical interviews are followed by an HR round to negotiate the terms. DSA helps as usual, and scenarios will highlight your skills and talents. The team and project are good, and you will experience less politics here.
Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
The interview process was smooth and well-guided. The questions were about DBMS, OOPS, Software Testing, RDBMS, API, and also logical reasoning. The coding questions were at an easy level, and the one given to me was for reverse testing.
