Good place to learn different aspects of product development. Very helpful people and a relaxed environment. Skills development is a big positive aspect.
It's best to move around in different departments, so that you are getting the best of all and not just concentrating on one specific feature or department you work in.
Management is brilliant. Everyone is very cool here, with no "big boss" behavior. Communication with seniors and colleagues is easy. People should not be allowed to work in one department; moving around departments should be more frequent.
