The overall vision of the company is great. The upper management knows what the future needs.
The long-tenured middle management (LL 3/4).
They micromanage, play games for their own selfish benefit at the expense of the company, and are in such positions because of tenure, even though they know very little.
Stay far away from the ML groups in GDI&A.
If you are in the AI/ML field, you can do a lot better with salary, work, and culture.
Don't tolerate or reward middle management. They only know how to play games to appease you.
