Easy interview, 4 behavioral questions and a pretty easy job. Don't really need a lot of experience as long as you aren't completely lazy.
The job can get boring once you get to know everyone on your team and the position itself. This is mainly for project management positions where you have to babysit suppliers, maintenance, production, and pretty much everyone at the plant if you need their help.
