Pros

Job importance.

A smaller, nimbler firm with real opportunities for growth, particularly as the economy recovers.

Cons

Lack of reward in the interim due to current economic conditions. There are no merit increases, raises, bonuses, advanced degree equity compensation, etc.

Advice to Management

Focus on employee retention. Ford is in danger of losing its best talent because that talent is not being recognized and/or rewarded.
