I felt empowered to do as I felt necessary and complete tasks on time. Very good relations with upper management allowed me to express concerns and accomplishments on major projects.
Some downsides were long hours on launches and meetings that were way too long.
Stay the course. Keep making the changes that will bring the company back to profitability.
