I applied through our campus career site and heard back a couple weeks later. I interviewed on campus, then waited a few more weeks. They said that if you for sure got an offer, you would hear within a couple of weeks, but if you didn't get an offer

Apply, and then if they pick your application, they will send you to take a test. If you pass that, then a drug test. You really do not get interviewed. The easiest job to get, but a very demanding job to work.

Talked to campus recruiter, was invited for an interview. Have to pass an online assessment to be qualified, or the interview is cancelled. After the interview, I got a call back in the next two weeks.
