Very simple with the normal behavior questions. Utilize the STAR method and try to relate it to engineering experience you have had, preferably in a team environment, since that is what they are looking for.

I applied through our campus career site and heard back a couple weeks later. I interviewed on campus, then waited a few more weeks. They said that if you for sure got an offer, you would hear within a couple of weeks, but if you didn't get an offer

Apply, and then if they pick your application, they will send you to take a test. If you pass that, then a drug test. You really do not get interviewed. The easiest job to get, but a very demanding job to work.
