I have really liked the people that I have worked with so far. Just like anywhere, you can find people who seem to be working against you, but by far the large majority of people are there to support you. It really feels like we are all working on the same team. The jobs here keep me busy and are engaging; I enjoy the tasks given to me.
I don't know if this should be a pro or a con, but you really get thrown into your job without much training.
So, on the one hand, it is very difficult because you are new and have no idea how things are done around the company. But on the other hand, you learn very quickly and instantaneously gain a ton of experience.
And, as I said before, people are generally very helpful when you have questions.
It was okay. I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding, and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that, it was a nice interviewer.
