Learned Lot, Hiring Issue
I really enjoyed my time at Ford. They treated me very well, and I learned a lot from my first job out of college. Extremely progressive benefits, with family leave.
I didn't like that they didn't consider my contract time in hiring me full-time. I started with a little less seniority than I should have.
