Learned Lot, Hiring Issue
I really enjoyed my time at Ford. They treated me very well, and I learned a lot from my first job out of college. Extremely progressive benefits, with family leave.
I didn't like that they didn't consider my contract time in hiring me full-time. I started with a little less seniority than I should have.

Mechanical Engineer
English test, group interview which has 2 cases and one-to-one interviews with human resources and managers. Also, there is an IQ test you should take. Then they gave two cases and you should make a presentation about the cases and your solutions.

Three rounds with managers and one with the team. It was fairly straightforward and easy. Their placement was based on location. The people were very friendly and easy to work with.
