Great Team, Good Work-Life Balance
The team I work with is great. Everyone respects each other, and there's no micromanaging.
The pay is good. I don't know how much Ford actually pays for my position; I get paid through my contractor, but still, it's a decent rate per hour.
Work-life balance is good. They respect your personal life.
- Old technology, not much space for growth.
- Some things are hard to understand as the domain is vast, but the seniors are very happy to help when asked.
