Very big family. For an engineering job, Ford is a very good school. Good salary, young working environment. Good online and class educations.
The upgrade change is very low. People profiles need to be improved. Forty-five hours weekly working hours is too high. These are not really flexible working hours.
Update annual leaves, increase salaries, give more importance to employees, and create more realistic, flexible working hours. Upgrade changes are too low and need to be reviewed.
