I enjoy the teamwork, technical challenges, and fast-paced environment at Ford. Additionally, it's nice to work at a company that fosters real engineering work instead of being bogged down with paperwork.
Corporate politics, job location in Dearborn, and a relatively flat management structure with little room for upward mobility beyond the supervisor position.
Encourage and support employee development by allowing transfers to job opportunities outside of the core department.
