You have the full backup of a massive company. Suppliers want to work with you and fight for your business.
There is a ton of resources and a lot of history and documentation to work with.
Due to the long history, the lessons learned make it difficult to make improvements. The fear of change is high, especially with people that have been in the company for more than 10 years (there are a lot).
