Excellent company, currently expanding. There are many openings, especially related to software. Lots of contact with teams outside of Brazil (If you don't know English, you will learn). The leadership is currently young and trying to innovate in agile methodologies.
- Salaries for those entering are relatively low.
- Positions for those entering are not engineering roles, even if you are an engineer.
- Few opportunities for promotion to leadership.
