Lack of advancement opportunities.
Management doesn't do much to keep talent.
Communication between departments/organizations is not fluent (much like separate companies).
Competitive salaries keep talented people happy and loyal.
Instead of promoting favorites, promote those that deserve it.
Ford should be a meritocracy.

Product Development Engineer
There were three interviewers. All behavior questions, the interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual, but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
