They don't care much about general salaried roll employees. They act like the company makes profits only because of the CEO. The Product Development Center is full of an obnoxious smell. Employees feel like they work in a 20th-century building. The benefits and health insurance are the industry's worst. After you pay high health insurance premiums and deductibles, your take-home money shrinks a lot.
Please share the profits with general salaried roll employees. Don't act like the CEO did everything. And also, please pay out competitive bonuses to GSR employees, like GM or FCA. The company is losing lots of quality engineers to competitors due to below-industry bonuses and benefits. Health insurance is the worst.
