Great employees. Culture is generally friendly and helpful. People love their jobs. Good compensation/benefits. Upper management seems competent. Finally making good cars again.
- Huge company, so bureaucracy can be ridiculous/ineffective at times.
- As an engineer, I worked in a hideous sea of grey cubicles.
Make the engineering areas seem less dungeon-like!

Product Development Engineer
There were three interviewers. All behavior questions, the interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual, but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
