Good place to work if you are okay with no advancement
- Coworkers and supervisors are generally great to work with.
- Very flexible with out-of-work commitments.
- Problem-solving is fun and challenging.
- Not a lot of room for advancement.
- Workload can be tedious and not related to the actual function of the job.
- Travel during launch is excessive.
- Have fewer people checking to ensure work gets done, and more people doing work.
- Try to create one system where all information and documents can be found.

There were three interviewers. All behavior questions, the interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual, but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
