I applied online. I had a short phone screen with HR (3rd party company). The process took 1 week. I had a phone interview with a supervisor. I was not notified of the results of the interview.

1st interview with HR. Then 3 managers interview with general questions about my resume and leadership skills. Questions about my general interests and problem-solving techniques. HR questions about salary and visa sponsorship.

Phone screening followed by an onsite interview. The arrangement for the onsite interview is very good. About a two-hour interview with three managers, then a company tour. Every question needs to provide a specific example to demonstrate problem-s
