Pros

A plan, a flex work schedule, personal time, vacation, the PDC car show, the green awnings, the shuttle service, pension for those who have it, and the monthly tech awards.

Cons

Stock price, company downsizing, increasing benefit costs, and incompetent management in the auto industry. Heck, we've been doing this for over 100 years now and still can not seem to figure it out. The constant risk of being let go, supposedly overstaffed, constant churn in management, constant churn in re-organizations, constant churn in processes and methodologies, constant management churn, and constant supervisor churn.

Advice to Management

Get a grip on the market conditions before they occur. Be proactive rather than reactive. Keep some constants so as not to continually disrupt the product development process. Stop engineering changes after the engineering change cut-off.
