Average compensation.
Vacation and PTO is average compared to competing OEMs.
Work long hours; PTO days are discouraged. Salaries and bonuses for experienced engineers are not competitive.
Management should consider anonymous surveys to get honest feedback and understand how employees are being treated and how diversity and inclusion is really going.

There were three interviewers. All behavior questions, the interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual, but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
