My department was very well connected and focused on providing good effort. The overall mission and quality of products at Ford is very good. The overall corporate image and environment was very family-oriented and friendly.
There's still some disconnect from management in such a large and traditional company. Current technological transitions have some growing pains, but overall it's very solid and rapid on new tech.

Product Development Engineer
There were three interviewers. All behavior questions, the interview lasted 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual, but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
