It is a good experience to work for them for your early career. You learn a lot in a very short time.
You cannot improve yourself after some years. Management's approach towards employees is not that satisfactory; there is not enough recognition.
Management should pay more attention to recognition and awarding. Thinking long-term, they should invest in their employees.
