Good if you don't care about your career and just want an easy check and spend time with your family.

• Insecure managers.
• Pension collectors waiting to retire, not putting in any effort or changing their old ways.
• Clueless management lacking direction.
• Bad processes that exist just to exist, with no one paying attention or asking why.
• Old software systems that are too much of a hassle to do anything productive without beating your head against the keyboard.

If you want to change culture, you need to get rid of old managers who've been working for 20+ years and now just want their pension to retire. It is very obvious how politics is played here, and if you keep things the way they are, you aren't going to keep any young people since there are far better opportunities than Ford out there.
