It feels like no one is here to innovate. They all just want to get the minimum amount of work done to meet their objectives. A lot of times the answer is "no" rather than "let's do it, let's figure it out."
Use the FCGs. So much wasted potential by not giving them more responsibility. You're going to lose a lot of us if you don't give us more opportunity and trust.
