Large company, many opportunities.
In most cases, contracts have an open end.
Long-standing company culture and easy to adapt.
Many different classes are provided to employees and contractors to help them perform at their best.
Not much humanity left. Everything is regulated and you need to follow processes very punctually. That eliminates, in many cases, the initiative, though best practices used are good.
Every step is controlled.
Improve communication with agency personnel. Reduce regulation rules and allow more independence and creativity for all employees. Implement a "lessons learned" feature for everyone.
