Focus on making vehicles—from design, manufacture, delivery, and service. Stop spending on non-value-added activities, such as diversity, inclusion, and equity. Just treat everyone with respect and dignity. Don't single out one or a few groups based on color of skin, sexual orientation, religion, gender, etc.
By pushing this on employees, it seems to be alienating those that don't fit into any of these categories. We should be one cohesive unit with laser focus on products and customers.
