Nice freedom of expression in the company. Lots of working conditions.
But you won't find THE FORD CULTURE here in the Sanand, Gujarat plant as it's there in the Chennai plant.
Work is not so good. Nothing technical, only supplier management is the work for an engineer.
Good company, but still lacking in the very Ford culture.
You won't be bored because there's a lot of work.
Good exposure for those new to plants and manufacturing.
Give some technical push. Keep the company culture intact.
