Well-defined processes help you do your work. Building (Dunton) and office space is good. The job is challenging and satisfying.
Certain managers are outdated in their approach, motivate via fear as opposed to providing support, micromanage everything, and do not value the true worth of employees. They treat contractors as inferior members of staff.
Review management conduct and adopt a new style of management. Motivate through support and encouragement, and not through fear, because some employees don't get frightened and will just end up not going that extra mile for you.
