Interview was mainly behavioral questions, followed by a less formal plant tour by another quality engineer. I was interviewed by three people, all of whom were supervisors for the position.

I met with two managers in the quality department. The interview took about an hour and a half. The two interviewers went back and forth from a list of prepared questions. From my vantage point, they recorded highlights from my responses.

In-person interview with 3 managers, none of them carrying my resume. Luckily, I carried 3 hard copies.
