The leadership team is self-absorbed and interested in personal goals. There's an appearance of teamwork on the surface. TEVC is NOT aligned to Ford Motor Dearborn. Site launch maybe in late 2027?
TEVC leadership turnover. Zero commitment to developing a positive, people-based culture. Treat people with respect.
