Worst place to work. Full-time hired people just don't do any kind of work as they are so-called unionized. It was the worst experience for 4 months of my work. Not a very good pay overall, and I had to park non-Ford cars very far from parking, or they would put a ticket on any other car.
Please improve your management.
Get work equally from everyone, and they solve parking problems as well.

Though an Engineering HR agency, I was greeted at the front door and interviewed with two of their managers. The process is highly conversation-based; we spoke over many topics related to the job.

The interview comprised of basic questions regarding software testing, with additional technical questions about test plans. For example, I was asked about a process for testing a random machine, such as a rice cooker in my case.
