RPA doesn't have scope outside of FORD (mainly PEGA). You can join a service-based company, but they'll send you back to FORD.
Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
