If we can minimize the yes/no culture, local influence will see much more difference in profitability and overall atmosphere for Ford.

Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
