GTBC's offices in Mexico are very good. The offices, equipment, and infrastructure are top-notch. They have a cafeteria and the product they develop is very good.
The office location is far, and I think they can consider the user/client's opinion more in development.
Poner siempre al principio al usuario/cliente.
Al desarrollar algo, primero pregúntate:
I only had two interviews. The first was with Human Resources via message, where they told me about the position, salary expectations, and the process. From there, a technical test that unfortunately I could not complete successfully.
It was a somewhat tiring interview, it lasted almost 2 hours. It was completely in English with 2 engineers, both seemed to know very well what they were asking me about. They asked me questions about: * ML fundamentals * MLOps, particularly MLFlo
Well, plain and simple. We need to be able to have more details. Technical issues are observed that help to know more about the knowledge acquired. And, additionally, this is examined if one has problem-solving skills.
