Super opinionated senior developers who know very little about their dev field, actually.
Very fake atmosphere of: "All good, All great, we are doing great."
No avenue of raising legitimate concerns regarding architecture or implementation of software, of which there are plenty. If you dare to speak up, you are out!
You are not allowed to help others; it is looked down upon.
Terrible CI/CD implementation that will make you sick.
Extremely stressful atmosphere overall.
Stay away if you are looking for a creative, open-minded, professional atmosphere.
Pay attention to opinions of people outside your core team if you ever want to actually create great products.
