Can’t think of any other than it’s good till you keep up with the politics.
Leadership positions are getting filled with no interview. The Meetup gang, who were all laid off from the startup, are now in these roles. I hope HR takes note of this.
It's going downhill.

Engineer
Ghosted at scheduled time, no response. Very unprofessional, no response to follow up. Maybe it was just my recruiter, but I hope the process improves in the future if I'm ever in the process of interviewing here again.
Software Engineer
There were a lot of technical questions, but they were LeetCode Easy questions. One of them was literally reversing a linked list. Basic LeetCode prep should be adequate, plus behavior prep.
Software Engineering Intern
I applied online and received an invite to complete an Online Assessment a week later. Three days after the online assessment, I received an invite to interview. The interview was very relaxed and only had behavioral questions.
