Can’t think of any other than it’s good till you keep up with the politics.
Leadership positions are getting filled with no interview. The Meetup gang, who were all laid off from the startup, are now in these roles. I hope HR takes note of this.
It's going downhill.

Ford Interview Experiences
Camera Software Engineer
Two rounds: one with a staff engineer and a direct loop with the hiring manager and team. The loop consists of a presentation and a coding round. Pretty easy, but it felt disorganized with no proper interview structure. Overall, a neutral experience.
Solutions Architect
The interview happens over the phone. Normally, it is an easy interview process, lasting from 30 minutes to 1 hour. As long as you are technically sound, they will offer the job.
Engineer
Ghosted at scheduled time, no response. Very unprofessional, no response to follow up. Maybe it was just my recruiter, but I hope the process improves in the future if I'm ever in the process of interviewing here again.
