Good WLB - Depends on manager. Ok pay compared to same-level companies (not FAANG or MULTB level). Good tech stack. Flexible leaves.
Not a lot of time for career development or learning something new, which depends on the manager. I had a completely opposite experience with a different manager.
Management makes most of the decisions.
Lot of management and team reshuffle.
Please try to involve employees in decision-making if it impacts them.
