There are no efforts from management in moving HTHD skills to a different department. This should be improved, otherwise talented resources will be lost to the competition.
The interview wasn't difficult, but the Ford recruiter didn't explain the hiring process clearly and was unprofessional. The questions seemed unprepared, and it seemed like there was already another candidate.
I was interviewed for a position higher than the one I applied for. No idea why. They asked completely reasonable questions, and the process was pleasant. They said I’d hear one way or the other in a few days. That was over a month ago. Crickets.
