Structured, Team support, and Hands-on
Can be slow at times.
One interview, two interviewers. About a half-hour long. Very polite. They asked me about my experience and then a few technical questions. They gave me enough time to also ask questions to them. I got an offer soon after.
Very basic C++/Java conceptual questions over the phone, asking about language-specific questions. It would be good to brush up on knowledge about arrays, vectors, smart pointers, references, and garbage collection.
Android Dev position. Asked about Kotlin and Java, and then asked about in-depth Kotlin and Java concepts, such as data classes, coroutines, and multithreading. Was then asked one coding interview question, which was LeetCode easy difficulty.
