Great work-life balance if you are not a manager.

Overall nice culture, but it still depends on the organization or team you are in. It is possible to switch teams internally if you would like.

Management actually listens to your feedback and will make improvements to processes and policies when possible.

Clear goals for each PI for the organization, teams, and individuals.

Minimum time wasted on meetings (5-10 minutes a day) if you are not a manager and are in a good team.

• They are calling everyone back to the office, depending on your position, two or five days a week.
• Zero support for the immigration process (no LMIA, will not provide any documents/proof when it comes to immigration purposes).
• Pathetic food court at the Ottawa location, with an extremely poor selection and way too expensive.
